Cazaly Resources (ASX: CAZ) has upgraded the iron ore mineral resource estimate to 33.6 million tonnes (Mt) at 56.1% iron (Fe) for its 100% owned Parker Range Iron Project.
The Resource is now 70% in the Measured category and tighter geological control has resulted in a lower internal dilution and a higher overall grade than the June 2010 update.
The ore retains high value in use (VIU) properties with ultra-low phosphorus content (~0.02% P). There is potential to upgrade the lower grade material and the regional project will be tested by an extensive drill campaign in 2011.
Importantly, there is strong government support for key infrastructure. The project is located approximately 15 kilometres south-east of Marvel Loch and about 60 kilometres by road south of the Perth–Kalgoorlie railway near Southern Cross in the Yilgarn region of Western Australia.
The upgrade follows a program of infill drilling which is part of the Definitive Feasibility Study (DFS) which is currently underway.
The company has also executed formal documentation for the leasing of the accommodation village at Marvel Loch and the rail load out facility at Moorine Rock.
Engineering and design work is ongoing and almost finalised and the company is awaiting details of its application for export allocation from the Fremantle Port Authority.
Cazaly is planning a regional exploration program later in 2011 and much potential remains in further expanding resources for the project as most of the 16km long BIF unit has yet to be explored.

While you don’t want more inventory than you can sell, make sure you have a way to get additional merchandise expeditiously if it turns out there is a bigger demand than you expected. Drop shipping can be one option in these situations, although overnight delivery and additional suppliers are other choices worth considering.
Always Say Yes
When you have many new customers trying out your business for the first time, it’s important to be as accommodating as possible. Empower your employees to be able to say “yes” to most of your customers’ requests, even if it means bending the rules to keep them happy. Loyal customers are much more accepting of “no” answers from time to time than brand new customers.
Add Some Freebies
To entice those potential customers to buy from you, add some freebies to the initial order. It might be a free sample of a related products or a discount on their subsequent purchase. Keep in mind that Internet companies are a dime a dozen, so you might have to sweeten the pot to get a customer to do business with you, rather than the next company on the search engine.
Joint ventures are one of the most effective ways to increase your customer base, but you need to be prepared for those additional customers once they visit your business. With these tips in mind, you will be ready to handle that influx of potential customers, so newbies become loyal clients in no time at all.

Hawthorn Resources (ASX: HAW) will target high grade gold shoots in new reverse circulation infill drilling at the Deep South joint venture in Western Australia.
